Making your Payment
We accept most credit/debit cards, on all orders the goods will be despatched same day, if it is a specialist order your card will be debited 25% of the order amount, the remaining amount will be debited when the goods are despatched. We can also accept cheques, but we can only despatch the goods once the cheque has arrived and has been cleared.

Shipping and Handling
Carriage will be charged at: BIKES £12.00 ACCESSORIES BELOW £75 WILL BE CHARGED £3.50 POSTAGE AND PACKING ALL ORDERS ON ACCESSORIES OVER £75 WILL BE POSTED FREE HEAVY AND LARGE ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED AT £8 POSTAGE AND PACKAGING The above charges apply to UK mainland only Items in stock are posted same day and will be with you the next day if order is placed before 11:00am The shopping cart will calculate an accurate shipping/delivery charge for you as you select your items. Under a small number of circumstances, the quoted shipping charge may be higher than we will charge, however it will NEVER be lower. Goods will be sent using Royal Mail or a courier for larger items. (Generally over 1m in size)
Your Security and Credit Card Security
We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. Credit Card Security: Because of the threat to the security of your payment details, we will not request your credit card details via the standard order form. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your payment details, thus ensuring that at no point are your details stored in any transmission across the internet. If you wish to supply your payment details you should select the "Secure Order" option. Our secure server uses 128bit encryption (the strongest available).
VAT
All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% except where currently exempt from UK VAT.

Back Orders
Once you have placed an order with us, we will be in contact with your soon after, primarily to confirm your preferred payment method, but secondly to confirm the availability of your chosen products. If we do NOT have any of the products that you require, you will be told at the point that we contact you and you will be under no obligation to proceed with the purchase of those goods. You will be offered the option to Back-Order the items and should you choose to do this, we will endeavour to give you a true indication of the date upon which you should expect to receive said goods. We will request a deposit for ordering specific goods on your behalf where relevant (these details will be given to you at the point when we contact you). If we fail to secure the goods you have back ordered within a reasonable (the estimated) time, you will be under no obligation to proceed further with that order. This is extremely rare. Should you choose to cancel a back ordered item BEFORE our expected delivery date, we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable proportion of any deposits already paid.

Returns
All our products are fully covered by a manufactures warranty, if you feel you have a product which is faulty, please return it to us with your proof of purchase where we will inspect it. If it is found to be a genuine manufactures warranty the goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge and it will be returned to you post free. However if the goods and found not to have a genuine fault covered in it's warranty we will let you know, if you require the product returned to you we will have to charge postage. Please note that we can not refund any postage expenses where the original mistake was not ours. Unwanted Goods If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase). DVD's, memory cards and software can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Personalised products and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty. Methods of return are as follows:
- To our Store. The easiest and quickest way to return your item or items is to take them to our store for a replacement or refund along with your copy invoice as proof of purchase.
- By post (if the item has been posted to you) To return an item by post you must firstly contact us by phone or email. We will issue a Returns Authorisation which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted. Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned.
- Collection by Bike Traks (larger items delivered to you by courier) Depending on the size and weight of the item you wish to return, it may be necessary for Bike Traks to collect your goods from you and we may charge you for collecting the goods if they are not faulty. We will inform you if collection is necessary when you contact us about your return. To arrange for an item to be collected by Bike Traks, you must firstly contact us by phone or email. We will issue a Returns Authorisation, which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted. If we collect your item(s), we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. Promotional items: When returning items that were purchased online as part of a 'Buy One, Get One Free' offer, 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer, '3 for 2' offer, or a 'Buy , Get a Free' offer, all of the items involved in the offer must be returned. When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not brought into our store. We will endeavor to process returns within 14 working days of receipt. You can contact Bike Traks for further information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
